A seamless transition for NSHEPP’s new headquarters
Elevating a returning client’s workspace
ABI was invited back to work with the Nova Scotia Health Employees’ Pension Plan (NSHEPP) when they decided to relocate and re-furnish their new headquarters. Inspired by a successful prior experience with their Bedford office, NSHEPP wanted a space that felt both familiar and elevated.
Our relationship with NSHEPP was founded on trust and attention to detail. While the architectural plan was already set, ABI’s role was to curate and supply all the furnishings to meet the client’s expectations. This involved a unique combination of premium brands and materials, including 3H office furniture, Steelcase wall fronts, Spec meeting tables, Humanscale monitor arms, and Keilhauer lounge seating.
NSHEPP was meticulous in their selections, often bringing a global perspective and high standards to every decision. Our team interpreted their vision and coordinated sourcing, including custom fabrics and special orders, to bring their ideal workspace to life.
One of the subtle challenges of this project was maintaining a cohesive aesthetic while integrating multiple suppliers. From the refined oak front in the lobby to the elegant boardroom seating, every detail was carefully considered.
Behind the scenes, ABI coordinated closely with building management to schedule after-hours deliveries and ensure a smooth installation process. Our team’s communication and proactive solutions ensured that the project moved forward without compromising quality or timing.
The result is a professional, welcoming headquarters with sweeping views, private offices, collaborative areas, and a curated mix of furnishings that support productivity and future growth.
