When AA Munro Insurance set out to relocate to their new Bedford office, our goal at Atlantic Business Interiors was to create a space that directly supports the fast-paced, relationship-driven nature of insurance brokerage. Brokers and support staff manage sensitive claims, navigate complex policy reviews, and constantly communicate with clients, which requires an environment that strikes a careful balance between high-energy collaboration and essential acoustic privacy.
Moving an active brokerage means business continuity is critical. We coordinated closely with AA Munro’s leadership and project managers to plan every phase of the furniture delivery and installation. By managing logistics with precision and working around operational schedules, our team delivered a fully equipped, turnkey office that let advisors and administrators walk in on day one and get straight to taking care of their policyholders.
The resulting workspace gives the entire AA Munro team a functional, welcoming office that elevates daily operations. It pairs quiet, acoustically controlled zones for client confidentiality with bright, open hubs where colleagues can quickly brainstorm, review coverage options, and collaborate as a cohesive team.
