Staples Call Centre opened in the summer of 1999. Since then we have expanded our centre on three separate occasions. On each of those occasions we went directly with Atlantic Business Interiors, rather than to tender, to provide the furnishing for these expansions due to the quality of the Steelcase products, how well their products met our specific business requirements and the service provided by ABI with these installations. Of particular importance to us is the CAD service provided by ABI that allows us to examine our options with respect to changes and maximise our utilisation of our facilities. ABI also provides flexible service and installation, which allows us to maintain our day to day operations while undertaking substantial changes to that operation. I would recommend ABI and their sales team for the efforts in providing service and support on an ongoing basis and for helping Staples maximise its return on investment.
