When Pomerleau set out to establish their regional office in Atlantic Canada, our team at Atlantic Business Interiors partnered with the design visionaries at Design 360 (d360) to realize a modern, forward-thinking workplace. As one of Canada’s largest construction leaders driving massive civil, structural, and sustainable infrastructure projects, Pomerleau needed an operational base that reflects building excellence. Our mission was to translate d360’s clean architectural design into a fully realized furniture ecosystem built for project managers, field engineers, estimators, and executive leaders who manage complex, high-stakes builds every day.

Coordinating a comprehensive fit-out for a general contractor means project execution and tolerances must meet the highest industry standards. Working in close synergy with d360 and Pomerleau’s facilities team, ABI managed every detail of product curation, order scheduling, and installation logistics. We phased deliveries with surgical precision to align with on-site construction schedules, ensuring that every workstation, boardroom setting, and breakout hub was completely assembled, tested, and move-in ready for the team to take ownership without operational delays.

The completed office establishes a refined, high-performance environment where construction teams can easily shift gears between deep analytical work, plan takeoffs, and cross-functional coordination. It pairs acoustically controlled focus spaces for estimating and structural review with expansive, naturally lit communal zones where project teams, site superintendents, and visiting trade partners can review drawings, collaborate on schedules, and host key clients with complete confidence.
